Our commitment to your health doesn't end at the hospital or doctor's office–there are times when you may
need health care in the comfort of your own home. Through our Visiting Nurse Service, Strong Health brings compassionate, quality health care home to you. We serve those who are acutely ill, are temporarily disabled and those who require long term care. Allied Home Health Agency has been serving the Dallas-Ft Worth Metroplex for more than seven years providing health care that you can trust. All Allied Home Health Care employees are screened via criminal background checks and drug tested, so you can be assured of the people we send to your home.
Who is Eligible?
Any person who has an unmet need for skilled nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and/or health aide services, as determined by a registered nurse or therapist.
Any person who has approval of a physician for treatment.
Any person who is homebound.
Our patients get the health care they need, where they need it most–at home.
Our visiting Nurses has the skills to educate patients how to manage their heart disease at home.
Each nurse visits a patient's home upon the recommendation of a
physician, and while precisely following the physician's orders,
develops an individual plan of care as unique as the person for whom it
is designed.
Each year our Certified Nurses & Assistants CNA/RN/LVN provide thousands of hours of quality health care services including:
+ Assistance with mobility and toileting
+ Assisting with personal hygiene (mouth care, hair and scalp grooming, fingernails and bathing)
+ Providing basic first aid
+ Assistance with applying ace bandages, TED's, and binders
+ Assisting clients with dressing
+ Assisting feeding clients with special conditions
+ Assistance with physical activity and/or prescribed activity
+ Making beds (while occupied or unoccupied)
+ Assistance with range of motion exercises
+ Applying and removing prosthetic devices for stable client
+ Bowel and bladder retraining
+ Oxygen
Quality of Service is our number one goal. To that end, each of our Certified Nurses Assistants (CNA) is screened to ensure only the best serve you. And, in addition to their medical and healthcare training, each CNA is trained in the values upon which our company was founded - Compassion, Respect, and Integrity.
Seniors no longer need to leave the comfort of their senior living community to receive additional care and service.
